The house has an entry hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, sun room/porch, and a laundry room.
In the Living Room there are sofas and lounge chairs and
a window seat with book shelves and books, Satellite TV with VCR and DVD, also
a gas Fireplace.
The Dining Room easily seats 8 and includes place settings
for as many. There is a sunroom off the dinning room with a sofa and chairs
and a gas stove.
Off the dining room is a small hall with a game closet with puzzles, games
and a stereo system for FM, CDs, and tapes, speakers are in the dinning room,
kitchen and on the private porch off the master bedroom.
The Kitchen is provided with most all utensils including cookware, bowls,
pots and pans, Coffeemaker, coffee grinder, microwave, toaster oven, large
capacity fridge with ice-maker, cook books, and a limited supply of trash bags
and cleaning supplies that should be replaced if used. There is a charcoal
grill outdoors on the lawn.
In the laundry room there is a Washer/Dryer and pantry
